Life does not always unfold the way we imagined it would. Loss, change, and unexpected transitions can impact our sense of who we are, what we believe, and what we thought our lives would look like. Sometimes there is a clear loss. Other times, something simply no longer fits, and we find ourselves trying to understand what has changed and where we go from here.
I care deeply about supporting people through grief and loss, particularly pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and infant loss. I also work with those navigating life transitions, relationship and family challenges, religious trauma, and questions of identity and belonging. I am dedicated to creating an affirming and inclusive space for all individuals, especially those from marginalized communities.
I believe we are constantly responding and adapting to what life brings, and that growth can look different in different seasons of our lives. Sometimes it means moving forward, and sometimes it means slowing down, letting go, setting boundaries, or learning to meet yourself differently. Therapy can offer space to understand what you are carrying, notice what is changing, and explore what feels right for you now.
My hope is to create a space that feels warm, genuine, and safe, where you can show without the right words or knowing exactly what you need. I see my role as walking alongside you with curiosity and compassion, while honoring that the direction you choose and what growth looks like along the way are entirely yours.
